Assigned to David, the department manager, she worked diligently but struggled due to his elusive management style. Sarah sought feedback, but David rarely communicated directly, leaving her feeling uncertain about her performance. With just one day left in her probation, David unexpectedly terminated her employment, citing vague reasons. Sarah, shocked and dismayed, tried to plead her case, but David remained unmoved, offering little explanation. Feeling abandoned, Sarah left, questioning her abilities and the company’s integrity.  In the aftermath, Sarah struggled to find another job, scarred by the experience. It highlighted the importance of communication and feedback in the workplace.
