DISC Public Workshop

Our DISC public workshop is ideal for solopreneurs, sole traders, virtual teams and team members from not for profits and smaller to medium size organisations from all industry sectors.

DISC assessment helps you understand your individual behavioral tendencies and improve communication, teamwork, and personal development. DISC is widely used in professional and personal contexts to enhance interpersonal relationships and workplace dynamics.

This half day program will be facilitated by John Wright, one of our qualified DISC facilitators and behavioural analysts. John will guide participants through thought-provoking discussions, interactive activities, and personalised reflections to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the DISC model and its practical implications in professional and personal contexts.

Participants will choose either an Executive or Manager / Staff TTI Success Insights DISC profile to complete online prior to attending the workshop.

We will then explore the nuances of their unique behavioral preferences within the DISC framework – Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance.

In this workshop, you will:

• receive your completed DISC assessment profile report
• be provided with a personalised digital workbook to use during and after the workshop
• gain insight and understanding of your personality type and your behaviours
• learn about your natural strengths, work style and areas for development
• find out what motivates each personality type in the workplace
• develop an action plan to build stronger relationships with your customers, colleagues and others
