DESCRIPTION:About this workshopOur DISC public workshop is ideal for solopreneurs, sole traders, virtual teams and team members from not‑for‑profits and small to medium sized organisations across all industries.DISC assessment helps you understand your individual behavioural tendencies and improve communication, teamwork and personal effectiveness. DISC is widely used in professional and personal contexts to enhance interpersonal relationships, workplace dynamics and leadership capability.This half‑day program will be facilitated by John Wright, one of our qualified DISC facilitators and behavioural analysts.
